16th Annual Dimond Picnic & Circus Bella

The DIA works with City of Oakland Parks and Recreation to provide the annual Dimond Picnic. The DIA contributes to the sponsorship of a circus performance, dance program, and live theater. There are free swim hours and craft activities for the kids. The Dimond Branch Library, local organizations, and City of Oakland representatives are also present to promote their efforts and organizations.
