Each month, our newsletter is featuring a different Dimond merchant. Through conversation and questionnaire, we’re learning and then sharing the stories of the hard-working business people who make the Dimond a great place to live, shop, and dine.

In Ahmed’s words: I came back to the states from Germany where I was planning to do working on cars. A friend of mine knew about this place and it was ready, so I ended up getting this place and starting up, I saw it as a diamond in the rough. In this community I like the diversity, you know all kinds of people. Here at this shop we don’t care about how people look, where they come from, what language they speak, or what kind of car they drive. For us main thing is to keep the high quality. That’s all we care about, just perfection. I grew up in a family that they were all in the car business, you know, doing different things… buying, selling, repair. My dad had a bodyshop. I did different things, many types of jobs, mainly management, always managing. But cars, I just had a passion for it. I liked them, you know.
