There are too many empty storefronts in the core Dimond. Some are actively for lease or sale. Others are not on the market. A few have been “temporarily” closed for a long time. DIA is working to turn the situation around.
We’re asking people what new businesses they would like to see in the Dimond. More than 50 ideas have come in so far: bagel shop, youth center, laundromat, beer garden, co-working space, and on and on.
